Are Vessi shoes actually waterproof?
Yes, our Dyma-tex technology is integrated directly into the knit, making our shoes 100% waterproof, not just water-resistant. This protection lasts the entire lifespan of the shoe.
How do I find the right size?
Vessis generally fit true to size. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a snug, performance fit. Check our size guide for specific measurements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 90-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
How should I clean my Vessi shoes?
We recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild soap. Avoid the washing machine and dryer, as high heat can damage the waterproof membrane and the shape of the shoe.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. We are working hard to expand to more countries soon.
Are Vessi products vegan-friendly?
